Brian & Ann have been two of the Midwest's most successful competition rib cooks over the past decade, winning 15% and placing in 63% of their competition appearances.

 

Most recently, Brian was named world champion at the 2025 SCA World Finals in Ft. Worth, where Ann was also a finalist.

Since 2015, they have taught numerous live-fire cooking classes in the USA and Europe, covering everything from steak to whole hog.
