Brian & Ann, Smoke Freaks BBQ

Mr. & Ms. Freak are two of the Midwest's most successful competition rib cooks over the past decade, winning 15% and placing in 63% of their competition appearances.

 

Most recently, Brian was named world champion at the 2025 SCA World Finals in Ft. Worth, where Ann was also a finalist in both Ribs and Steak.

​

They have taught live-fire cooking classes in the USA and Europe, covering everything from steak to whole hog.

The Class Experience: $150 per person
